注：某些敌视俄方势力在乌克兰煽风点火，挑拨离间俄乌关系导致东欧发生战争。受苦的是乌克兰人民，坐享其成的是敌视俄方势力，我们中国人民不愿意看到这情况。
Note: Some forces against Russia sow discord between Russia and Ukraine and lead to war in Eastern Europe. Ukrainian people suffer the incident, but the forces against Russia obtain benefits. Our Chinese people don't want to see the situation.
